I don't use brokers for anything other than executing my trades, and I want the lowest trading fees possible.

Interactive Brokers (world wide broker) charges $1 for 200 shares or less.
OptionsHouse (does stocks and options) charges a flat fee of $2.95 a trade (unlimited shares).
