Please look an update on the Company website in the next to two weeks in the "President's Corner" section. An update will be provided on LUUMS USA, financials, the solar monitoring stations, the Company's filing status, and other topics.


Please know the Company is trying to keep up with email requests and phone calls, but due to the unusually high trading this past week, the Company has had a significant increase in requests for information. As you are probably aware, the Company cannot and will not provide any single caller or email request with specific information as the Company must release information to all shareholders at once.


The Company is making positive strides and looks forward to sharing the specific information with shareholders as soon as allowable.
