Chase Bank just lost a loyal customer

I want everyone to know that I have been a loyal Chase customer for 12 YEARS. I usually don't have any problems with them. However, my external transfer took an extra couple of days to clear and it cost me $160 IN OVERDRAFT FEES. I have excellent credit and am a homeowner. I am employed. I AM THE DEMOGRAPHIC THEY WANT. AND I AM LEAVING.
I advise my fellow consumers to do the same, rather than being abused by banks like Chase that ensure, with their complex systems, that you pay the maximum amount of fees possible. This is abuse, and I will not take it anymore. If anyone want to join me in this crusade, I can be reached at kgorell (at) gmail (dot) com.
