("CANDA") (our proposed Joint Venture partner) to discuss what documentation and projections are required so that CANDA can finalize financing for the Joint Venture's proposed Assembly, Municipal waste and Waste tire conversion plant in China. Preliminary discussions have been held by CANDA Senior Management with its Bankers who have indicated that up to $10Million USD will be available for the Joint Venture purposes.

As an initial step, Management of CANDA has requested that the Company prepare financial projections for the operation of the Assembly plant for China. Also Senior Management of CANDA have indicated that they have significant International financial and business relationships in Asia which they desire to pursue in conjunction with the Company. The Company is preparing a Memorandum of Understanding to cover these prospective arrangements.

("BioEarth"), whose representatives have recently met with Government Officials of Bangladesh. The purpose of the meetings were to finalize arrangements for World Bank financing for their multi-million dollar environmental water and soil remediation programs for cleaning up sludge deposited in their major rivers and all forms of land based wastes which are a major pollutant and environmental hazard for that country. ("Quadra" or the "Company") (OTC.BB:QPRJ - News) received an update from its Indian distributor, Geetas Infra, a wholly owned subsidiary of CMR Power Projects Pvt. Ltd. setting forth the opportunities that exist for Quadra's gasification technology in India. The Managing Director, C Srirama Raju, has advised that negotiations are underway with several bio-mass power producers to substitute their current bio mass incineration systems with the less costly and more efficient QES Gasification System.

Independent engineering testing is scheduled after completion of the in house testing. Immediately after certification of the QES Conversion Unit, it will be available for demonstration for the Company's prospective buyers and Government Authorities in the City of Guangzhou, located in Guangdong Province in the Peoples Republic of China.

Quadra's authorized distributor, Fanta International has advised that Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) is a major problem in the Guangzhou area with several thousand tons being generated each day.
