QPRJ...just off the 52 week lows, 50 day moving average is 0.22 after such a big ndisplacement from the average I'm looking for at least a 50% retracement which would have the stock at 0.14. with 0.15 being recent restsiance , a push through could drastically change the landscape on this one.

QUADRA Discussing Financing of Assembly Plant in China

LAS VEGAS, NV, Dec 30, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- QUADRA PROJECTS INC. ("Quadra" or the "Company"), its stock quoted on the OTC BB under the trading symbol (OTCBB: QPRJ), announced that Management of the Company has met with Senior Management of CANDA GREEN INDUSTRY INC. ("CANDA") (our proposed Joint Venture partner) to discuss what documentation and projections are required so that CANDA can finalize financing for the Joint Venture's proposed Assembly, Municipal waste and Waste tire conversion plant in China. Preliminary discussions have been held by CANDA Senior Management with its Bankers who have indicated that up to $10Million USD will be available for the Joint Venture purposes.

As an initial step, Management of CANDA has requested that the Company prepare financial projections for the operation of the Assembly plant for China. Also Senior Management of CANDA have indicated that they have significant International financial and business relationships in Asia which they desire to pursue in conjunction with the Company. The Company is preparing a Memorandum of Understanding to cover these prospective arrangements.

With these discussions and prospective Joint Venture Agreement, our shareholders are becoming part of the leading business venture in waste to energy conversion technology in China. ("Bio Earth") to jointly market quality carbon black produced by Quadra's joint venture operations in Malaysia and Indonesia. In particular, Bio Earth has a relationship with the Government of Bangladesh which is one of the prospective purchasers. Bio Earth also has end user customers for carbon black in Australia and other countries in South East Asia.
