BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Yasheng ECO-Trade Corporation (OTCBB:YASH - News), has signed a Financial Advisor Engagement Letter with a foreign investment banking firm to obtain bank financing for the Yasheng Russia Breeding Complex. The Investment Banking firm has retained Dr. Sam Frankel to assist in obtaining funds from semi-governmental funding sources.
